You just need rafters for pullups

For dips you can do them on the inside corner of a kitchen counter, or if you can do them on straight bar you can do it on any random handrail, sturdy table or even the top of an exterior wall

You can generally strike concrete walls and door frames without breaking them and that will gradually toughen your hands

When I get a second table, I'll be able to do dips
