if we could find a free market solution for bringing healthcare costs

I think perhaps there should be a massive, non-partisan, audit of hospitals

find out *WHY* hospitals charge so much more than they do in Europe

study the differences in costs

find out how much is just going towards profits, waste, or is attributable towards overregulation/compliance issues

and then... reform our laws

to FORCE competition as much as possible
