In 2013, 29% of all crime suspects fatally killed by police were black. However, blacks accounted for 50% of all murders in 2013. Blacks commit many other serious crimes at rates higher than 29%. This suggests that white suspects are actually more likely to be shot by police than black suspects.

So, when blacks are killed by white cops, the majority reason is that they are racist and the various factors looking into other reasons are not acceptable. When blacks are killed by black cops, the reason must be that they are self hating racists and the various factions looking into other reasons are not acceptable.
