if societies were racially homogenous, this wouldn't be an in issue

this is a problem with a diversity of ethnicity

931 is not that big of a deal without evidence that they were really wrong to shoot in those cases

and being wrong to shoot doesn't just mean that the person was unarmed

but that there wasn't good reason to consider the person armed in the moment

also people can be dangerous without having a weapon

who knows man it's hard to get to the bottom of this
