how autictic are you
wow you guys are cuckservatives
Basically Catalonia considers themselves a separate region from Spain with different culture and they want statehood
That and they want to be separated to deal with their own affairs
whos in the right
whos in the wrong
"come participate in the debate!" *talks* "u autism lol muted!"
I dont see the problem. spain should have dealt with this shit if it was getting out of hand instead I see people getting the shit kicked out of them
It's complicated. Catalonia has always been part of Spain, but it's now that they want to separate for cultural reasons (which isn't significant because they both have similar culture) and Catalonians have been rlly violent about it
Spain's refused some of Catalonia's demands like more government representation
I think the spanish pm's response didnt help. basically he said nothing went on today. dick move that might make things worse
Spain handled it poorly and that's why Catalonia's referendum is successful
I read the regional rep from Catalonia basically said they won today
@Aryan Republic you mean .01%

i just swapped to there lol
what
I can understand by Catalonia wants to leave, they're a really rich province and don't want to be held by Spain's debt since it makes it harder to manage, but you can't just split because you suddenly feel like a country :/
this guy gets it
unmute me
I think they also realize the EU is dying a slow death and them getting out now might be the only way to avoid getting caught in the storm
are you gonna be an adult and unmute me
Yeah exactly
The only way they'll actually flourish is by leaving the EU and Spain refuses to do so
I understand why spains pissed off but this might just have cost them dearly on the world stage in terms of image. its gonna be viewed as a police state now
Still don't like Catalonian referendum but it's sensible why they did it. Catalonians just did it way too violently
Spain managed it way too violently, and statistics have been coming out that around 400 were injured by state police. Doesn't look good for the Spanish gov
Citizens want to break from country, against their constitution, gonna expect a beating <:Thonk:362811285869559808>
🤔🤔
Not that it's necessarily bad, breaking away
Just violence is to be expected 🤔 🤔
I wonder what the average spanish citizen thinks.
Very interesting voice chat right now
