@mew is not illegal Thats not what you are TRYING to do, but that is what you are doing. The path to hell is paved with good intentions..... At the end of the day, you have taken a mentally insecure person and told them that they are not right the way they are, and offer them a statistically unsound solution for 'happiness' that involved permanent body alteration.... At that point, I think you need be held responsible for the results.
