Trust me, it's worth squeezing a higher frequency out of your CPU, especially if you can do it without increasing the voltage much more than stock.
It's easy to do
you said its a lot more trial and error
and i fucked up that gpu oc pretty bs
bad
Depends on what you want to do, but there isn't really much trial and error with GPU overclock, it's more straight forward.
aight
And then we can use voice chat
i look forward to overclocking
And you can use video on your phone so I can walk you through it.

I might be able to, maybe a bit earlier because of work though.
im gonna get back to college by like 11:00
wait
does overclocking void warranty @Wayne
im watching a bunch of vids on it and overclocking cpu doesnt seem to be as easy or necessary as gpu
@Bearchoyboi it is detrimental to general performance beyond just gaming framerate, and many games benefit noticeably from higher single-thread performance.
why are you questioning it so much
I OC'd my Xeons on a modded bios
16 cores, 32 threads at 3.6 :)
each CPU or both collectively?
mind you, that's two packages
collectively
older xeons?
