okay afterburner looks so much better @Wayne

2018-03-19 17:56:41 UTC

and it still doesn't do it in afterburner

2018-03-19 17:56:43 UTC

what the fuck

2018-03-19 17:56:51 UTC

I think my driver might've gotten fucked

2018-03-19 18:48:23 UTC

Why are you even overclocking memory? @Polygon

2018-03-19 18:48:30 UTC

are you mining

2018-03-19 18:49:53 UTC

Also virgin mad dog and don't ping me, don't even know what they're talking about. The only existent monitors specced like mine were the Acer and Asus models, so there wasn't any other option and the Asus had worse quality control.

2018-03-19 18:50:07 UTC

So they criticize something they are completely ignorant to.

2018-03-19 18:50:37 UTC

Also Acer makes the best panels, BenQ doesn't even make a 1440p 165Hz Gsync IPS panel...

2018-03-19 18:50:50 UTC

Nor does Samsung

2018-03-19 18:51:16 UTC

He's literally implying there's a better company for monitors than Acer...

2018-03-19 18:53:07 UTC

Gaming monitors at the least, considering dev monitors and other options are available, but Acer for the last 2.5 years had the best gaming monitors. Before Asus came out with an almost equivalent panel, there was nothing like mine lol.

2018-03-19 18:53:39 UTC

I could've gotten a TN non-Gsync panel but that would be cancerous

2018-03-19 18:56:26 UTC

I mine on this PC while I'm away, but my other computers do that for me

2018-03-19 18:56:48 UTC

there's a bigger issue than that though

2018-03-19 18:57:04 UTC

google legitimately is using 60% of my GPU process

2018-03-19 18:57:23 UTC

Also the 1070 breezes past 80fps on plenty of the games I play, I don't play the new COD or battlefield because I'm not a loser like these guys. Also I've already explained to both of these retards that I had the GPU before getting the monitor... I don't intend on keeping the 1070 forever, but I also don't want to waste money right away on something that isn't gonna suit my needs long term, like I'm hoping that the 2080Ti will. Guess what, I have money, that I worked for, and I'd rather not spend money that I didn't get from mommy like you cucks, on something that I don't need right away. That's called patience, and a mature choice rather than having a hole burn in my pocket to impress 2 worthless retards on a politics server.

2018-03-19 18:57:41 UTC

@Polygon so why are you overclocking memory?

2018-03-19 18:57:55 UTC

bro calm down a little, you don't need to justify yourself to them

2018-03-19 18:58:09 UTC

don't call mad dog a virgin tho :(

2018-03-19 18:58:14 UTC

he obviously gets puss

2018-03-19 18:58:43 UTC

IT FIXED ITSELF

2018-03-19 18:59:22 UTC

I'm overclocking memory because that helps improve frametime when using shaders or antialiasing

2018-03-19 18:59:31 UTC

which I use a lot of

2018-03-19 18:59:37 UTC

because 1080p

2018-03-19 19:00:42 UTC

I just sorta turned off the computer, let it sit while I went out to the garage to see if I had a nozzle for my air compressor to clean said PC out

2018-03-19 19:19:21 UTC

Mad Dogg is a virgin

2018-03-19 19:19:46 UTC

ur mom gay

2018-03-19 19:20:16 UTC

You know what improves frametime?

2018-03-19 19:20:22 UTC

Gsync 😉

2018-03-19 19:24:08 UTC

you're right

2018-03-19 19:24:19 UTC

but I'm selling this system most likely

2018-03-19 19:26:40 UTC

I'll have a laptop or something when I'm stationed somewhere, but it doesn't make sense to hold onto a computer that's going to depreciate in value greatly, while I'm away at basic and AIT, that's gonna be something like 7 months, by that time, the volta architecture will have been released most likely, and I'll just build a new desktop, and make a new project

2018-03-19 19:27:27 UTC

I really hope they start making smaller dual processor motherboards, that sounds dumb, but if there were a such thing as an mATX 2011-3 board, I would hop on that shit right away.

2018-03-19 20:48:25 UTC

Aren't there already dual-2011-v3 haswell-e supporting mobos?

2018-03-19 20:48:33 UTC

I think I've heard of dual 5820k's

2018-03-19 21:09:48 UTC

I think you can with a BIOS mod, but I don't think those processors are meant to have multiple QPI links

2018-03-19 21:11:43 UTC

but uh, I guess I'm gonna be backing up my files and reinstalling windows :/

2018-03-19 21:27:32 UTC

y

2018-03-19 21:35:18 UTC

I can't fix my problem

2018-03-19 21:35:40 UTC

so I'm gonna reinstall and see if that fixes it
