If the graphics quality on your computer has changed recently for the worst it's because you upgraded your GTX 10' series GPU driver. They nerf'd the 10 series. Just roll back to your last driver install in the device manager. Proof the cards are gimped: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mFSLro_OXLQ
