Race is a colloquial term that fits within the definition of ecotypes.
Look at castizos
you then create a degree of freedom factor relative to the mixed avg
You can disagree or agree.
I do not care.
i might be 5% non-white i think
Avg 70% white and castizos are basically white
in which you can say that for 1 or 2 df in a differential established relative to white proportion, this is the cutoff point
according to ancestry
templeton specifically says ecotypes do not correspond to races
finding a cutoff point is not hard
the problem is liberals don't understand basic stats
so this "le where is race" meme is propagated
The way they look at race is a meme
statistics should be mandatory to enter any uni program
They literally break it up by continent
uni level stats should be taught in high scool

would weed out the dumbasses from uni too
what are the different races though
dna variation in genotype cluysters
there is AP statistics

@UNITE THE RIGHT wtf
Im hwite
race is a set of allele frequency distribution
So all of Asia is counted as one and when they find out Arabs are different from chinamen they're like SEE SEE RACE ISN'T REAL
@agag Show me
it's a physical verifiable thing
Others disagree.
I mean @Noxar
Theyre all important

@Kierketard However, human ecotypes do not correspond to races under either subspecies definition. Even the advocates of the ecotype race concept acknowledge that the same adaptation can arise independently in different parts of the species’ range (Pigliucci & Kaplan, 2003). Hence, ecotypes do not in general correspond to evolutionary lineages, and specifically human ecotypes cannot correspond to evolutionary lineages in humans since the hypothesis of multiple evolutionary lineages within the human species is rejected, as noted earlier. Moreover, variation in environmental factors can induce natural selection that results in local adaptations even in species that are not genetically subdivided at all (Templeton, 2006); that is, the ecotypes are only genetically differentiated at the gene loci under selection and show little to no genetic differentiation over the remainder of the genome. In these cases, the geographic distributions of the local adaptations reflect the geography of environmental factors and not boundaries of overall genetic differentiation. Hence, the ecotype concept in general does not correspond to populations demarcated by sharp boundaries of genetic differentiation that exceed some threshold.
