Basically none of these polls are projections mean anything until the last poll comes in and they can't hide anything anymore for accuracy purposes
and they said that he had a 18.3% chance of winning the the republican won
Every single poll in Michigan had Clinton winning until the final poll came out when they said oops it looks like Trump won

Pennsylvania might have had a poll which said that they were tied once but they had Trump winning the final poll
They literally did not even poll Wisconsin it was just a couple of local companies that did it
