its hard to say
Imagine this: the church fathers thought that the end times were near when they were around
but its now been 2 thousand years
that's true
and things have only worsened since then
The spiritual state of man right now is not good
Pour a semi, pull up to the cribby, uh
uh uh uh yuh yuh yuh
Licky-licky, licky on my blicky, uh
whats interesting is how some passages in revelation line up with modern technology so well
like the meteor called "wormwood" sounds alot like a nuclear bomb
Yes, its very spooky, to say the least
or maybe there will be an actual meteor
who knows
yeah it's hard to say
but the affects of it definetly sound like radiation
Like a biblical version of stalker
hehe
yeah it does
And the third angel sounded the trumpet, and a great star fell from heaven, burning as it were a torch, and it fell on the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters:
[11] And the name of the star is called Wormwood. And the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter.
I like the old english translations because they keep this part in
"and the third part of the waters became wormwood"
some new translations just say bitter
but I think its a important distinction
I love how poetic the bible is too
I'm sure if you look into the etymology of "wormwood" as well, and the greek/latin translations, you will find some more interesting parallels to nuclear hellfire and radiation
for sure
you could easily use the wormwood vision to explain how sin works
original sin is like a meteor that corrupted the rivers of men, the rivers being their souls
I need to try and stay whitepilled
and sin literally changes a man
^
the rivers become wormwood, man becomes sin
this is why the faith is so important
without God man will always fall back into sin
^
and this is why I despise "cultural christianity"
its just trend type shit
What's the Church's view on the boob ass question
the morals and stories are good, but without the transforming power of Christ its all for naught
