There is no such thing as angle of line of sight? You arent serious are you?
There is, but that's not the same angle as angular resolution
Whats one arc second equate to over miles if your eyes are 5 ft off the ground
?
The height doesn't matter for the angular resolution
Ok. Show me
Well, it does, because he is talking about right triangles
Angular resolution of the eye
can we talk about the earth not quantum physics
Not the object
Angular size is not dependent on the height of me above the ground, only the size of the object and it's distance
Whats angular resolution of the eye?
I answered that already, about 1 arcsecond
How many degrees?
.02 or so
And if that object is against the ground. What distance will that object become unresolvable?
Depends on it's size
No
Yep
It depends on its height
The angle
ikr
From observation
They be talking mad smart
James gibson 1952
Look into it
Gtg game of thrones is on
😂
This is where you're using the wrong angle
Angle has nothing to do with the ground
is this guy trying to talk about quantum physics when he believes the earth is flat
yikes
That is what many of them do
i hate how people try to use others statements as their own fact
no one can use their brain
they just take others ideas
like the earth is round
what do yall dont get
xD
What they talk about here is based on the Rayleigh criterion, but you have to prove such observations are diffraction limited. The ships obscured by the horizon.
I don't find such an explanation adequate at all.
I'd say Human Sheeple's light curving up is the best flat earth got but it hasn't been proven as a constant of the atmo"sphere", so, it remains hypothetical
