I do agree with some stuff in the list, but Japan is clearly bullshit...
people there live for their work, and not the opposite, you're shunned if you take your deserved paid vacations days, you NEED to work for over 80h per weeks to pay your bills and the young people there are falling highly into depression because of all those pressure
the suicide rate is high, young couple can't even manage to make children because they would need to work more to raise them properly, etc
if your standard of life is massive depression of the youth, mass suicides, overwork to pay your bills and whatnot, then for sure it should be on the top of the list, but it's clearly poor standard of life...
