there was none because botw is the only one with voice acting
all the other ones are just gibberish
gibberish and grunts
*grunts in moon runes*
They have so many fucking languages in it and it's the first Zelda game to feature voice acting like this
They flaunted it so much and the languages ARE on the disc/cart
You have to change the system language to access it
Which means not being able to read
It's absolute bullshit
it is
but was to be expected
Not really, no
Dual audio has become more or less an industry standard
There are certainly still those that abstain from it and force regional dialogue
it was, nintendo has a track record of making shit localizations that defy standards
But many more allow dual audio, to the point even Persona 5 was DELAYED AGAIN because of it, a game that many prefer with the original audio
they cut dual audio from the last 4 rpgs they released
Aside from the Fire Emblem games, which others?
And the issue more or less lies in Treehouse
The Xenoblade 3DS port, Xenoblade x, and shin megami tensei X fire emblem if you don't count that as FE
that's actually 5
Ah yeah, I forgot about those
And each except the N3DS port were all blasted because of this too
The problem, however, is that the multiple language dubs weren't as significant in those games
Yes, they'd have been preferred
I don't see how it isn't significant in X?
It's that they pale in significance to Zelda having multiple dubs
While multiple dubs are usually normal for those, Zelda hasn't even had voice acting before
And along with that, for those games, it's basically just an ENG + JP dub
Zelda is being dubbed in ENG + JP + RUS + Spanish (NA and Spain) + Italian + French + German
That's *eight different fully voice acted dubs*
if anything, that makes it more understandable for them to cut it and less understandable to cut it from a game with only two.
They're still on the disc/cart
They're all still there
You have to change the system language to use them
There's no menu option, that's the problem
There's literally no excuse at this point if it's STILL in the game but locked
Nice one
