the PlayStation booth was pretty dull also

the only interesting thing was Crash

Yooka Laylee was playable

but I don't like the dialogue much, it feels very unnecessary at times, and I hate how the rolling requires stamina and how slow it appears to regenerate back

The world also appears too large

Like

take Banjo Kazooie's first zone

expand it by, say, 5 times

but keep everything else the same size

That's basically how it feels

A lot of unnecessary empty space

There were also some power ups that really didn't make sense

but yeah it was a temp fire boost thing I guess?

Which allows you to walk on ice you otherwise would slip down

you can't shoot fire

and it otherwise does nothing but allow a temp invincibility, though I'm unsure if that's by design or incompitence

if you lose all butterflies (health) while in fire mode, it'll allow you to live until it expires

getting it is really weird too

tl;dr you gotta use lick attack on a bonfire grill thing

the guy playing it had jumped on the bonfire grill first

which made sense mostly because you have to jump on top of the unlit ones to light them, and it does no damage

However, that's likely cause you're in fire mode still

but yeah, jumping on the bonfire without it just simply took health
