@Towelie *it might be just me (and it probably is)* but you do sometimes come off as (passive-)agressive or condescending, if that is even the right word. like in the conversation you had with father k, where you said you're not hostile towards religion and then proceded to assert it as fantasy when this could be something a religious person would see as hostile

calling an "holy book" a fantasy book comes off as hostile to religious people
