Shows my value and the effort I put in
Even at "dead end" jobs I managed to climb the ladder
Now im looking at a career I love but never stop trying to improve

I just earned a raise at the company I'm at, and just accepted another job offer based of experience and skill to make twice what I earn now.

At a certain point, in any job you reach a cap, and that's why I left most of those jobs, because corporate says "Oh, man, sorry buddy, we know you worked hard for us but there's just no room in the budget to give you a raise. Sorry."

Because Capitalism does not reward hard work, it rewards gaming the system to exploit the work of others

It rewards lobbying politicians and lawyering up and fortifying your wealth so that you can sit around and do nothing while tens of thousands of people slave away for the legally allowed minimum

I learned the computer systems
I took the time to do online training
I had the initiative to excel and got the raise and every job but one I got another raise later
