i'm a security guard i can handle most situations by myself i very very rarely bother PD

but I know when it's time for PD and this is about 80% to the level of calling them

also to think about: if you call the police on your meth-addled roommate, you will now have a meth-addled person who wants to get revenge on you, knows a lot about you, and could potentially have access to where you sleep when the time comes to exact said revenge
