@Captain Kirk JT if you're serious abouttapping, just don't do it. You will relapse a few times but you'll get better and better each time if you're serious about it and eventually you'll start a streak that you'll just know is "the one" and it will go for as long as you feel necessary. Not sure how that ties in with the rant about weebs, but if you are aware enough not to have a fucking waifu than you are certainly much more disciplined and intelligent than someone like that and therefore much better prepared to take control over yourself. If you wanna know anything just ask. There is plenty of information and clinical research online about both subjects, as well.
