dude he waived his right to it
to "save the courts and people money"
really?
read that article
read the court odcs
docs
he did that instead of a retrial
got all the publicity
served some time
then hired an attorney
and is now doing what he could've done in the first place
fair, but why was he moved from Hull to Onley?
what the fuck does that have to do with anything
you're getting distracted
he didn't even follow the court process he could've done
what kind of person gets sentenced the same day of a crime!
and i'm sure its perfectly legal for them to transfer people wherever they want
especially once they've takne a sentence
what about him only being allowed £12 a week to spend?
I recognise that he probably orchestrated it
but my concern is with his treatment in prison and whether he brought it on himself
that has nothing to do with what happened that day
and i have no idea what kind of fuckshit rules they have in uk prisons
he lived off of 1 can of tuna a day
I'll keep an eye on it
dude
i guarantee you he was getting 3 meals a day
stop being shilled
``` Prisoner privileges and rights
Privileges
Prisoners who follow rules can earn privileges. This is called the ‘Incentives and Earned Privileges Scheme’. A prisoner may be able to:
get more visits from family or friends
be allowed to spend more money each week
Privileges are different in each prison - staff can explain to the prisoner how the scheme works.
```
who gives a shit though
all that commisary shit is just extra
don't dox yourself tho
damn onley sounds sweet they get playstations there
and tvs
@Hransrap also looks like this onley place is where they put people that are about to get out
```
The role of the establishment was to house a proportion of London prisoners approaching the end of their sentence with a view to accessing Community Rehabilitation Companies (CPA Area 20) to prepare them for release into their home area.```
so i wonder why they transferred him right before he was released
