@BarronVon A few, they all reach the same conclusion. At worse it's a wash in some local economies, but always a net economic positive in every case.
they don't consider the cost of crime, the cost of not being able to vote for improvements to your society, the cost of them being able to leave the country back to their home country after getting an education here etc.
