If your are going to take a class i might sugest getting the CPR key chain. Comes with surgical gloves and face mask for mouth CPR.

last saturday I went to a first aid competition and one of our first cases was a middle aged woman who was having a stroke and also choking on food so I immediately performed the heimlich maneuver and the judge said I killed her and forgot to check if the surroundings were safe

later on nobody told me my CPR was shit though and I think I did pretty well for myself with the gunshot scenario except I didn't think to check for exit wounds

those CPR face masks are nice to have

You didn’t check her throat for obstructed airway?
