you pull the keyring and hold it back. The bolt cycles. As it slams home it resets the trigger. Since you are still holding the keyring rearward, the trigger automagically gets pulled again.

letting the gun bounce off his body
short version, lock your *right* hand fucking solid with a finger on the trigger, then use your *left* hand to pull the rifle forward.
The recoil will bounce the rifle backwards, resetting the trigger, and your forward tension with your left hand pops the trigger again.
