Old south african police trick is to go out and party hard so you crash at the time you want to sleep, and then keep with that cycle
So drink loads and go out say, at 5pm so you crash at 12ish and sleep
@folrick galil is based and the galil sniper variant has a lot of cool features - if you've got the budget and accessibility for one, i recommend it
@Moonz if youre awake all night dont sleep during the day, stay awake through the entire day until it gets to a healthy sleeping time, eg 11pm then snooze then and it should have righted your cycle

yeah, the best thing you can do is just be outside or do shit not near your bed at all until around 7 PM
even waking up at 4 AM is better than 4 PM
yeah, it’s best to stay outside if you’re really tired because the exposure to light and natural air will stimulate your body to stay up for until it gets dark
don’t stay still though, that’s the only caveat

if you truly need to stay up you can use energy drinks, even for placebo to stretch your hours
