I can technically transmit on the bands that bounce off the stratosphere (around the world comms) but only through morse code. Once you get the General class license is when you can start talking with voice with people across the globe

but aside of this license, i mean this license is useless when it is chaos, but

When the infrastrucutres falls, then it is useless to even abide to that law

this one can only access 6 and 2m bands
