Cause what I understand is that they're a branch of the Army but they're local and a reserve of the reserve

However what I understand of the Army Reserve compared to the National Guard Reserve is that its easier to move and travel to other states in the AR than in the NGR

It is, basically in a crisis the governor of a city can activate the NG for protection

Basically to my understanding, the governor can activate their branch of NG but for the Army its gotta be the Pres or congress

They're basically activated during either real problematic times (Pandemics, Storms, etc.) or fake problematic times (Virginia rally)

They're basically "martial law" to a degree
