Discrimination is different in the sense of who is discriminating.

The Government shouldn't have the right to discriminate.

That's up to the person/individual.

Ex. Gay man goes to a store with a Muslim owner. Gay man asks for shirt. Muslim man refuses.

That Muslim man has every right to do so, but it's probably bad for business.
