PicsArt has the 3D and blurs and overlay filters... it really has everything, I haven’t even used everything on there

I had Pshop but it was a pain in the ass to handle layers

Gimp is free and pretty legit and free if you have a PC

I do everything on mobile for images, i fucked with ps but it’s easier on mobile
