two personal ones and one that is now dead and was supposed to be a general Delaware server

Ah I started this one to be a new castle DE servers but added MD, E PA and NJ since they are really close together

@OlympusT NJ, PA, and MD have servers already

We do need a DE one though

You should talk with @Kanselier Calvinator about it, perhaps you could co own one
