Are tungsten guide rods a meme or is there any real advantage to replacing your polymer guide rods for your guns recoil springs?

I don't know about tungsten but polymer will wear down faster

I was gonna replace the guide rod in my ppq

I've heard that they are better for +p loads

Ive been hearing that the added front weight reduces slight oscillations in your sight picture and can make you a little more accurate as well as it reduces recoil a bit. And yeah it wont wear nearly as fast as plastic.

But is it worth $70 🤔
