I've lived in Alaska my whole life. I looked a list of states with similar gun control laws as Alaska and kind of chose based on that. plus an old friend offered me a place and a job. originally she was in illinois which is actually super liberal and gun control heavy. Once she showed me this place in Indiana which is pretty based I was like, alright, I'll give it a try

I will miss Alaska so much though. It will always be home base.

12/10 would move to alaska, I want a quiet, simple life.

most islands in southeast alaska are at the base of a mountain. it's one of those things where if you come here you climb that mountain otherwise you didn't actually visit Alaska

She was quite literally the only coherent Dem. I can't watch the other dems for more than 10 seconds without being confused at what they're saying or trying to say, and yet I could sit through a 2 hour podcast with her and she was coherent and logical (for the most part)

Despite A.Yang trying to buy voters I felt the same about him, I really think he got pushed to the side; but he seemed like a bright guy which is miles above anyone (excluding Tulsi)

Yang was down to earth but his whole UBI goal didn't add up, the math isn't there even though he joked about being asian so good at math. He used Alaska as an example of UBI which is bullshit because we get the dividend only one month a year and it barely covers one month of rent here. Yang's ideas may be good/useful in 20-30 years, but calculating them now it was going to cost something like 20 Trillion a year to just do some of what he said

Trump is the only 'politician' I've ever seen that has lost money. Clintons and Obamas started with like 500,000 when they entered office and left with 40-400 million
