Confederate monument are not American history. The south wanted to succeed from AMERICA. The south fought against AMERICA. They were on the wrong side of history.
American history is history, my ancestors fought as confederates against these heathens that defiled origins of America! Every true historian knows that Lincoln had supported slavery initially and only switched beliefs to gain more political power!
regardless of a win or less the confederacy should be preserved for its history as we cannot let it fade into the background despite the many sacrifices it made
