I would hope. It doesn’t change the fact that things will get worst in the future for a lot of middle class Americans

2020-03-17 17:12:22 UTC

😐

2020-03-17 17:12:37 UTC

Especially white Americans in rural areas. Coal jobs arent coming back.

2020-03-17 17:12:42 UTC

Middle class are always worst off to million/billionaires. But they still going to be better off than the last middle class generation

2020-03-17 17:13:13 UTC

Capitalosm is the best

Americans period are "better off" than the rest of the world. The bottom class of US residents is better off than most of the world. $20k a year puts you in the worldwide "1%".

It’s ok if y’all think things will only get better. I’m fine with the future. I’ll have a job regardless of the outcome.

I just feel bad for all the middle class workers who will lose their job to automation and don’t have any skills or college degrees to get by

2020-03-17 17:15:20 UTC

Tbh it happens. People need to learn to save and stock up. As sad as that sounds

2020-03-17 17:15:24 UTC

I would assume many of you also have good jobs. I would assume some of you have college degrees. Maybe I’m doing too much by thinking of others.

2020-03-17 17:16:00 UTC

the problem isnt automation in itself. the problem we need to avoid is shocking the greater economy with changes it cant adapt to. automation with working class jobs needs to be a slow process.

2020-03-17 17:16:09 UTC

me too stoopid cuz i have no degree

2020-03-17 17:16:18 UTC

Thinking of others is great. Giving the government responsibility to care for them is not.

2020-03-17 17:16:25 UTC

how did i even type this?

2020-03-17 17:17:21 UTC

@saturn broker I agree 100 percent. The problem is I don’t think tech companies care so much. I guess we’ll just have too see the impact of automation

2020-03-17 17:17:55 UTC

automation is highly beneficial for humanity

2020-03-17 17:18:02 UTC

I agree. We need automation

2020-03-17 17:18:10 UTC

ultimately it will be. but not without some growing pains

2020-03-17 17:18:19 UTC

But like Saturn was saying. It needs to be gradual.

2020-03-17 17:18:43 UTC

We’ll see what the future holds

2020-03-17 17:19:25 UTC

the future will be eventually bright

2020-03-17 17:19:43 UTC

it's already starting to look good

2020-03-17 17:23:51 UTC

Once robotics automation ai ml and computers replace humans we will look to interesting things to keep ourselves entertained

2020-03-17 17:24:29 UTC

we will always find a purpose

2020-03-17 17:24:47 UTC

I personally think humans don’t change, mentality, corruption, evil, domination, there will always be battles ahead

2020-03-17 17:25:10 UTC

humans don't change, but we can always change things for the better

2020-03-17 17:25:20 UTC

What’s better though

2020-03-17 17:25:24 UTC

Hi

2020-03-17 17:26:04 UTC

that is entirely on you, what you think is better

2020-03-17 17:26:06 UTC

I think that’s the fundamental issue is everyone has a different view of better

2020-03-17 17:26:34 UTC

yes, but not all "better" is with bad intentions

2020-03-17 17:26:53 UTC

Most are not with bad intentions but most lead to it

2020-03-17 17:26:54 UTC

eventually we will get better with people with good intentions

2020-03-17 17:27:10 UTC

I don’t agree at all

2020-03-17 17:27:13 UTC

that's why you should always fight to not let it become that way

2020-03-17 17:27:27 UTC

Cause everyone thinks they have good intentions until they aren’t

2020-03-17 17:27:39 UTC

true

2020-03-17 17:28:02 UTC

doesn't mean you can't change shit for the better you think is truly better

2020-03-17 17:28:03 UTC

Socialism sounds great and has good intentions but a bad outcome
