they should not be able to buy a bunch of empty houses when we have such a trifling inventory problem. We have the same problem in my town. They buy all of the condos and then suddenly they are empty and priced out 50k above anything else in my state
from what i understand, they don't really invest much in things like stocks and bonds like we do for our 401k. Instead, they dump all of their spare cash into real estate
