If companies want government assistance, they ought to be a little respectful of the state. We should bail companies on condition that: 1) The US government holds partial ownership as if it were investing in stock, 2) These companies stop outsourcing, 3) These companies don't fire anyone as a result of the current pandemic.

Keep in mind, Chinese companies are requires to hand over nearly 50% of their business to the government and hand over all IP rights.

If China doesn't play fair, neither should we.
