I would find a place to put the sharpies inside your pouch and remove the MED label

The sharpies can come out of their caps pretty easily especially since they're on the ass where your back is, and someone who's non military might mistake the MED as in your being a medic and might try and kill you for drugs or because you're a medical asset

Just my opinion, I'd lose my pens all the time when they were exposed
