If you develop a disease then that is God's way of telling you your life is over. The modern day movement of "growing old" is blasphemy and goes against God. It used to be that people would live to be hundreds of years old. But God took that away when his people rebelled against him and worshiped false idols. The only surgeries that are okay with God are the ones that you stay awake for and they must not require a blood transfusion. Organ donation is also forbidden, taking organs from a deceased person to artificially extend your life is sinful and you will be punished.
