they have no future really that reflects their past, they cant maintain a country anymore that as a country stands against them so if they want to live in a country that standards for them they need a new country. secession
this means they will need to actually give up a lot of land and migrate into a more concentrated area while then also building up an infastructure to support their concentration and also keep their self defense and infact improve upon whatever self defense they already have
