Yeah...Im the only one in my family who knows who Sargon is. The rest are CNN/NPR/HuffPo/The Atlantic consumers. Except for my grandparents who just watch Fox News or TV Land

i want to be like 'demore isn't completely bad', and i could probably do that, but i have to walk on glass carefully
id hate working there. it really strikes me as very cult-like, Google, I mean
for example we (as in her and husband, me, moderate mother etc) saw the Mr. Rogers documentary that came out recently.... In it there was a bit about people protesting (somewhat rightfully imo) Mr Rogers saying "you are okay just the way you are", my mother wanted to side there was a good argument for this protest to some degree, (like basic you should try to make people do better, not that they are wrong or shouldn't like what they are, but if you are a failing do better), and without my mum saying much sisters Husband started barking at her
i also mentioned the straw-laws in california and he was like 'no they are good, we need to become MORE liberal'.... i'm fine for environmentalism but somebody whose been a waiter, and somebody who uses straws, those laws scare me
its the area where there is no debate, its left or its nothing
