White nationalism is a meme
majority propagated by Jews
and is innately anti cultural and anti national
i agree with you for the most part but should he not make that argument
yes
Don't trust anything just because someone is authoritative
of course
I'm ok with criticism but you need an actual claim
but that guy is so highly regarded in our circles, i would have expected to at least hear a little bit of racism lol
on apoliticism
I would agree
I thought it was strange that he supported Bernie like even the host was like wtf
In a healthy society majority of the people don't have to and shouldn't be concerned with politics
I think part of his argument for a politicism is that being political in the normie sense is first not working and also stopps you from actually examining reality.
Like I thought he was going to say he didn’t care or didn’t support either candidate
Imagine supporting people that would institutionalize antifa
@Imperial J. Yay this is not a healthy society and we are not advocating for most people to be politically active, almost all of us would restrict voting rights i think
@Fighting Gold ai know that well
ill just go read his wikipedia article now
Yarvin's opinions have been described as racist, with his writings interpreted as supportive of slavery, including the belief that whites have higher IQs than blacks for genetic reasons. Yarvin himself maintains that he is not a racist because, while he doubts that "all races are equally smart", the notion "that people who score higher on IQ tests are in some sense superior human beings" is "creepy". He also disputes being an "outspoken advocate for slavery",[17][18] though he has argued that some races are more suited to slavery than others. "It should be obvious that, although I am not a white nationalist, I am not exactly allergic to the stuff", Yarvin wrote in a post that linked approvingly to Steve Sailer, Jared Taylor, and other racialist thinkers.[5][6]
not all that based
I think there are things we can learn from him. Very few thinkers will align with one's preferences completely
but strangely out there when argueing for slavery
yeah thats true
i would not take issue if we werent practically build upon this guys writings, as a lose movement
His take on trolling was really interesting I think.
Drawing fire in Vietnam
Yeah not only the origin stroy but also what that means.
You are drawing fire but you have to think what for.
It might be pointless.
Yeah
Maybe not I don't know I am still thinking about it
ben shapiro made that point 4 years ago
Like so far I was kinda in favor of trolling because it's fun right but when you are drawing fire to yourself and the other side doesn't exhaust themsleves and you might also get hit well then shit.
Pulling back to see the bigger historical picture is obviously invaluable. So many people in the West are trapped in contemporary modernity
What did ben say about that point, I can't remember.
he said the exact same thing. when the alt right first started, with milo and all of that and they wanted to troll the libs, he said its pointless if youre not somehow using it to get shit done
The internet has made so many people stick their heads above the parapet
And now it's self-surveillance
Yeah now I remember when you said Milo. It's funny with some things that I have known for years but never fully realized.
