That is true, for the most part they kill other blacks.
Whites tend to kill other whites too. But blacks do commit disproportionately more homicides overall, 13% 50%.
we have to use proper stats or we just confuse others and ourselves
Idk you could look at South America and see if Black ppl only become murderers if they see white people or murder mixed meat as well
its fair to say, from that statistic, that blacks are more violent per capita, but we dont know if they specificly target whites (thinking further about it its actually not fair to say that, it could be that one of these things is true, or both, but not neither)
Part of the reason they murder more whites is because there are more whites which doesn't take away that they're comitting murder in the first place
I don't think ppl are implying they do target whites specifically since obviously we don't have data for it
