if you do MMA or acrobatics or any shit like that, you've probably always been in at least decent shape

the only activities I ever enjoyed were the ones where I didn't depend on anyone

taekwondo
horseback riding
I fucking hate sportsball with every fiber of my body
Mhm, team sports can be toxic.
Hockey is quite toxic up here and the parents are intorlable.
Independant sports are better in my opion for creating a well rounded individual.
Team sports are just essentially a gang screaming at one another.
and don't promote and individual thought or comprehension.

That to, but with all honesty in mind team sports only really help create division.
Coming from a martial arts persepctive you don't rely on a "team" you really on yourself and you alone to get the job done.
