White Iranians exist but their ethnic group is not white.

Caucasians are closer to Europeans genetically and their ancestral populations are the same that Europeans have.

Most of the European looking Iranians are from North-Western Iran, where the population is basically Iranian-speaking Caucasians.

as a general rule of thumb, I would say white ethnic groups are them what originate in Europe plus them what originate near Europe and aren't Muslim

one thing about that is that Near Eastern non-Muslims just aren't very many people, so it doesn't make that much difference if they are included or not

People were saying that Muslim European (Albanians, Bosnians,Caucasians) are not white because they are Muslim now, but the funny thing is that even these people had created multiple christian states that were inside Europe geographically.
