they make them for the movie and then the director i think chooses which way he wants to go

the dystopian art is pretty sweet because its so gritty

so its more fun to look at

the pretty upbeat shit is like beyond my comprehension, thus means less

because i cant even conceive of such an advanced society

so its more foreign

thats probably why they use the dystopian future more in movies, because we already live in a dystopian society, its just not technologically advanced
