I’ve been working out on and off for the last year I used to work out a lot more but I got out of the loop
I’m trying to get back into it and try to lose weight because I’ve gained some weight
Do some MMA, It relatively better for Cardio and Muscle tone.
I do do martial arts
Only issue, there are many minorities within it.
My parents believe I'm doing it but usually I'm running like 5 miles

I’ll just walk up to random people in the street and beat them up for my exercise nobody needs this strict maa shit

yeah I do something like that
I like to do treadmill after as a cooldown
good way to get in some extra time
after you are done lifting
I have starting to do more free lifts though
Its about a half hour walk back to my apartment
from the gym
with the machines I have found you can easily over-lift and hurt yourself
like its next to my work
So I don't really need to do cardio

my goal is to do my IQ / 10 pull-ups in a row
