as long as there's no reports, there's no enforcement

most of the added rules came after a purge of "alt-right servers" so, just like the admin here, they added rules but never intended to enforce them

yeah but i avoid posting it on other peoples' servers just because if it does get reported it'll be their server on the chopping block

discord TOS seems to actually enforce on a bit of a greyzone, you can post some edgy anime stuff but if its obviously prepubescent kids then they will clamp down on, if they were completely authoritarian on it there like wouldn't be any "trap" hentai servers since even is often adults (or atleast older teens) it all gets tagged as "shota" on hentai websites
