@Mr. Nessel I Agree 100%. I was just saying that when you have Stable Families, A Strong Moral Foundation, and a Healthy Community you can have a orderly society without much government intervention (But as i said even in a perfect society id still have the gov doing things). For a mini example but like people saying "Thank You", or conducting themselves with Class. This isnt something the government can really force but with the right inner morality and people being brought up by their parents, religious institutions etc to conduct themselves in a certain way we can have these more immaterial attuites of our civilization be brought about that cant really be brought about by force.
Stable families, morals and strong communities create good government
Not the other way around
> Stable families, morals and strong communities create good government
@kongzi That's true but bad government can destroy families and communities. Which makes it more likely that people will not develop good morals.
Well there needs to be some sort of force in place to prevent people from falling into societal immorality
Government should be that force
@Felix the Monarchist you got the government surveillance app yet?
@DarkEagle553 Pft.
Which one?
>Well there needs to be some sort of force in place to prevent people from falling into societal immoralityWell there needs to be some sort of force in place to prevent people from falling into societal immorality
So, are you moral or immoral?
Ah just the plans of austrian gov
What’s wrong with telling people what to do?
https://www.fbi.gov/news/apps/fitnessapp Come on the FBI fitness app is the best
I’m technically immoral because I’m not perfect, no one is
But that doesn’t mean that we should *allow* immorality to run rampant in our society
All of the pride parades and faggotry and abortions and feminism, all of that is mostly because our current government encourages it and allows it
On TV they just said that you should not question the gov on corona 😂
If we had a government that punished such actions and sinfulness I guarantee you none of that would be in the public eye anymore
The immorality of society, bar a few rebellious teenagers like we had in the 60s and just the general corruption of man, would likely decrease
I mean a government that supports our nation right now it only benefits a few
> @Felix the Monarchist you got the government surveillance app yet?
@DarkEagle553 No, and I have been assured that the data doesn't go to the government just to the NGOs in my opinion that doesn't make it much better.
@EYEFORKNOWLEDGE156
>What’s wrong with telling people what to do?
Why not skip that part and just replace them with robots?
Lmao good idea
Authority has been at the epicenter of every successful society in history
Whether it be by God or Man
We can program them to go to mass, and they won't have premarital sex by default.
@Felix the Monarchist yeah lol was a bit of a joke
When you get in trouble your parents punish you
Same should be with society and government
So happy i got all of my guns before all of this started 💯
Muh gooberment
Especially a moral government based on purity and devotion to God
Governments are always going to grow larger there is no real way to stop it so it might as well be under our control
But i need to watch netflix reeeee
These ideas are so primitive, wew. You know that even a moral government can never be a substitute for your parents, right? Your parents know you, they may even, at times, know you better than you know yourself. They have every reason to educate you, too, and to educate you with leniency, when that's required. They will never sacrifice you for the "greater good", whereas a "moral" government might do just that, punishing you for an imagined infriction so that others will learn not to actually commit the deed. The metaphor is lacking on several levels.
I'd also like to know where you find a "pure" and devoted government.
>primitive ideas
>acting as if that’s a bad thing
