This kind of "style" is how you hide your lack of skill 101. It's literally minimal line work (tracing usually) and flat colours. Kids in elementary school do things that are complex then that and do it usually from imagination.

It's locked unfortunately. But I can imagine posts there since this "style" is so prevelant. It's OK to use it on Info graphics and things like that (it's still bland and mediocre but it serves it's purpose), but this shit is pushed in other places. This is what you get when you cut actual lessons in drawing, painting and replace them with bs like performance.
