We say "then" in both cases.

It's a phonetics thing.

So for me they are two different words.

They are two different words.

But They're, Their, and There, as well as Then, and Than both cause a lot of confusion at times.

Not as bad as Affect and Effect, but still.

Effect and affect are bit more confusing
But easy to remember.
Affect = cause
Effect = causation

@Oktin I think "trap" as an identity or even a valid description does not truly exist

actually being feminine enough to be completely mistaken for a female is impossible without some form of hormone therapy, therefore disqualifying the "trap" description on account of being transgender.

people can at most identify as trap whilst being transgender, or by not opening their mouth and wearing sufficient clothing
